Great Yoga in Carson City ! Bridget taught the Yoga class and explained the poses and purpose of the poses. Great center and they also offer sound bowl healing. Seems like they have a solid strong community as the class was full so be sure to sign up on the website.

A well designed class involving a full body and joint mobility workout. Every class is dynamic and fun that engages your brain in a very different way. In that sense, I can say that my brain gets a workout as well. My body feels lubricated and alive after every class.

I thoroughly enjoyed the restorative yoga class led by Wanda La Russa and accompanying sound bath with Erika Olivas. The yoga poses were soothing and supportive, providing ample time for relaxing. The crystal singing bowls, drumming and various percussion sounds Erika played throughout the time created a lovely atmosphere for Wanda’s class. I highly recommend the Grassroots Yoga community events and classes!
