My furnace died March 30 after 47 years (house was built in '79 and we moved in in '85). That day I called for service, and Jim came out right away, I mean like within an hour. They had to order the equipment, which took a week. Jim was extremely helpful in terms of explaining what options I had, and got the estimate to me the same day he came to inspect the old system. They ended up being a day late from when they said they would install it (because Stephen had just got back from vacation and I'm sure they were slammed), but they started in the morning and finished before 5, including installing a new AC system. Our furnace stopped working in December. Hawkins was quick to send Jim. Jim is amazing! He is a gentleman, and our dog loved him. Hawkins can be counted on to narrow down the problem and not try to charge you for parts you don't need.
We have used Hawkins before for AC installation and HVAC maintenance, and we have always been pleased. This service exceeded our expectations. Thank you, Jim!
