I exercise routinely, including my pelvic floor; however, as time goes on, those irritating leaks seem to happen more often when having a good laugh, sneezing, making any sudden profound movement, or accomplishing a little jump due to some sudden happiness. Since I started the treatment, it has become noticeable that the pesty leaks have become smaller and subsided, seeming to continue to diminish in frequency weekly. I have been seeing Dr. Gail Krivan, for over 14 years. She is on top of all the new technology if you need Botox or filler she is absolutely the person to go to.
