Everything! 6wks of the transformation challenge and that is what I received, a transformation in my mind body and soul. At the end of the 6wks I lost 5% body fat and gained 2% muscle lost inches in all the right places and gained them where i needed them. I knew I felt better , I knew I felt stronger. I just didn't realize it until I compared my stats from the start of the program to the end!! Thank you Rich. Also, I highly recommend the Yoga. Both were a perfect çombination to get me to those results . I'm hooked for life!

I joined Fitness for Life in March of 2019 during a transformation challenge and haven’t left yet. I’ve continued on because of how much I enjoy the atmosphere, I’ve made great friends and Rich has made it an enjoyable experience. Rich has pushed and encouraged me to get better, he is great at giving health and fitness advice- and hey he is a pretty cool guy! I love my gym, my trainers, and the amazing people I’ve met!

I count on Rich to give me exercises that not only keep me strong and flexible, but also allow me to work out without having to think about all of the kinds of exercises I need to do. He challenges me with good natured humor and never a negative comment. What I like with Rich is that my most important job is simply to show up, and then I just do what he says.
