My wife had eye inflammation after leaving her contact lenses in overnight. Called in the morning and they got us in for an appointment a few hours later. The optometrist was super kind and helpful. She even went out of her way to find a pharmacy discount for the prescribed antibiotic to make sure we didn’t pay too much out of pocket. Excellent care and service all around
What a great office. The staff communicated about my upcoming appointment every chance they got. Especially when there was issues with insurance. They took the time to work it out with my insurance and handled everything amazingly
Going to an optometrist has never been on my 'favorite things to do' list. That said I am very grateful my husband and I are now Dr. Ruckman's patients. He is the most knowledgeable optometrist I have ever been to. He is compassionate and patient, while remaining professional.
His staff is also professional and knowledgeable in in their individual areas of expertise.
Thank you Dr. Ruckman. The only area I can think of that could be improved is the parking area. Disabled parking especially. 😒
