The only reason I keep coming here is my provider and her MA. The rest of the staff is rude and very unhelpful. More than once I've run out of medication due to neglect on their end and have to just deal with it until they can get around to it. It takes forever to get a hold of someone on the phone and days to get a response through the patient portal.
My family has been going to Carson Tahoe Medical Group since 2002. They are amazing and because they are connected to the hospital all of your records can be transferred back-and-forth. The doctors are wonderful and the nurse practitioners available at almost any time. Dr. Philip Aldrich is a great guy, he listens and cares
