Customer Service was Over and Beyond
I never got my eyebrows laminated until I booked an appointment with Stephanie. Not only is she amazing at it but she’s totally got me hooked! She is friendly and fun to talk to as well. I also appreciate her punch-card program. I noticed she has other services, I look forward to trying those with her someday as well.
Steph is THE lash gal of Carson City! I’ve been following and admiring her on Instagram for awhile now and finally got the chance to see her today. I scored a lash lift sale she was having for Mother’s Day and it is the best lift my lashes have ever gotten. My lashes are thick and difficult to work with but she is meticulous and truly a master of her trade. Plus she loves what she does. I’m so happy with my lashes. I cannot wait to apply mascara in 48 hours!
