Ian the service technician from Anderson was exceptional in every way. Courteous, informative, and happy to answer the multiple questions I had. He explained what he was doing in enough detail to satisfy my need for information. Very competent young man and easy to work with. I’m impressed despite the bad news about replacement of our 20+ years old AC equipment that uses no longer available R22 refrigerant.
