Kyle at Hemlock Mechanical was the only company that properly followed up when we called them to fix a heat pump that would not power on. He didn’t install it and was able to squeeze us in on the hottest day of the year. He patiently troubleshooted and found the issue! Through discussion, we also found out that Hemlock Mechanical also does heat pump installations! I asked 1 million questions and Kyle was not deterred as he is also very detailed oriented. We ended up investing in a new unit with two heads. We honestly wouldn’t have felt comfortable with any other company installing our new heat pumps. Great service, incredibly nice guy, easy to work with. Kyle is an honest guy who wouldn't upsell me in a full cleaning that I didn't need, but carefully walked me through the issue I was having and explained exactly what he was doing to fix it.

My new HVAC guy! Kyle helped get our Daikin mini split head circulating the air better than it has in the last 9 years. After a deep cleaning to get rid of caked on dust and mold, he was able to replace our broken directional fan motor to allow our unit to reach every corner of our main floor again. Kyle is knowledgable, professional, and one of the friendliest guys you'll meet. We'll be calling Hemlock Mechanical for our next service appointment!
