Veey good customer service! The representative that helped us was very friendly and knowledgeable. The indoor storage units were very different however with the elevator and dollys it was all easily accessible

Everyone I've dealt with at the Truro location has been great to deal with. The GM Dave and Tracey have exceptional customer service and make moving a less painful experience. In the past I've bought several hitches, rented trucks, trailers and most recently their moving cubes. I figured it was about time they deserved a proper review.

I accidentally left my house key in the vehicle when returning it. She called me right away and even sent me a photo by email since I don’t understand English well. She was so kind and helpful! At first, I wasn’t happy because the pick-up location and time were changed the day before, but her kindness completely changed my impression. Thank you so much!
