Called to schedule a cleaning, the admin lady was very polite and able schedule me in quickly. The tech Mitch arrived promptly on the day, was very professional, fully explained what work will be done and answered all of my questioned. Used Envelopro for roof repair from winter damage. Victor was my first contact and arrived in a timely manner. His estimate of repair cost was very competitive. During repair more damage was noted that was not visible during the initial assessment. Complete photos were provided by Victor to show me what the full damage was. My quote was revised and once again it was very competitive. A repair crew was dispatched and the job was done in a very professional manner. The crew were great, explained everything they would be doing, and what they did. After dealing with (what turned out to be) a corn on the bottom of my foot for 6 months, I booked an appointment with NP Tyler. In about ten minutes, he had not only resolved my foot issue, but provided some very educational information on foot health and tips to prevent my corn from returning. I've been to multiple barbers across Canada and Ron definitely gives the best cuts out of any of them consistently. I have got a range of haircuts from faux hawks to fades and everything in between, for short to medium length haircuts, and he always does a great job handling my new style requests! Very well priced and done in a good amount of time. Plus the atmosphere is unbeatable if you like to hear some good chill music and watch the happenings of Prince Street.

Went there one time to get a haircut before covid. Prices were very reasonable and the cut overall was great. Will be back if I can ever get an appointment

Had my first haircut with James last night and I’m OBSESSED. I have long, fine hair that needed some serious love, and he transformed it so beautifully. He’s the first stylist who’s actually listened to my concerns and delivered exactly what I asked for. My hair looks and feels twice as thick, I genuinely feel like I have double the amount of hair now lol. He explained everything so well and made working with fine hair look effortless. You are warmly greeted and seated in a lovely room by The spa is an old Victorian home but is renovated in a modern way that still holds the class of the past mixed with today’s innovation. I met with Anastasia who truly is a delight! She is a professional yet very warm and caring lady. She really knows her stuff and carefully suggested every procedure that she knew would work for me! And the results!! Wow! I’m so happy I came here and will definitely be a regular with Anastasia! This is truly a special place with very special, caring people!
I have been going to Michelle to get my eyebrows waxed for longer than I can remember but have only recently gone for facials. Let me tell you… it was AMAZING! Michelle is so knowledgeable about the products she uses so I knew I was in good hands, not to mention the atmosphere is so clean and calming. I would highly recommend this place.
