Although the cost is astronomical to have any type of services for pets (at any vet these days), everyone at the vet was very great to deal with and very accommodating and compassionate. They addressed all my concerns in a timely manner and were so caring and loving towards my dog. I was more than happy with the level of service that was provided. After the emergency visit she went back for surgery, following 2 check-ups all on different dates and every time we went the service was consistent and above standard.

Have been taking my cat here since I adopted her a year ago and every time I’ve taken her in, whether for routine appointment or an illness, I have experienced wonderful customer service and ease with booking appointments. The staff are all amazing and their compassion and care for animals always shows each time we visit.

My dog had a sudden medical problem yesterday while on a road trip, and she needed emergency care. Truro Veterinary Hospital was the nearest available clinic. When we arrived, Dr. Kelsey and staff were dealing with several serious or life-threatening emergency cases at once, including my dog. Their level of professionalism was extraordinary. My dog received excellent care and is doing great today.Thank you all so much for what you do.
