I live in another province, so I was browsing the web to find a flower shop near my daughters place of work. Jean's Flowers and Gifts website caught my eye. I emailed and asked about delivery.From the first point of contact Michele was fabulous. She worked with my confusion of the delivery address and helped greatly in my decision as to what to order.I could not be more impressed with the customer service, until my daughter sent me a note upon her surprise delivery, and shared her encounter with the delivery driver. Highly recommend!!!I live in ontario, When ordering for my mother they make it so easy From beginning to end .They have same day service which is absolutely great!Keep up the amazing work ? ?

I have used Jean's Flowers a few times to send arrangements to friends and family from out of province. I am very pleased by their customer service and attention to detail when helping me celebrate those who are far away from me!
