I visited Darling Nail and Salon for a basic manicure with no polish removal, just a clean-up and I didn’t even ask for nail polish because I knew it would be extra. The service felt rushed—about 15 minutes—and the end result was underwhelming.

Charged $42.99 plus tax, ending up around $50 after tax.
When I asked about Shellac, the price was $52 plus tax—roughly a $10 difference for no added value in my opinion.
Pricing seemed inconsistent and I’ve experienced more reliable results at other salons.
For what I paid, I could’ve done it at home more neatly.

Actual robbery

I can't make sense of what I just paid for, a regular manicure without shellac is $42, with shellac is an extra $10, but if you're getting Just shellac on regular nails without the manicure it's $37?? WHAT?

Highly expensive in comparison to the quality served…
Speaking in their native language every time pointing something on my nails …. Very insensitive and disrespectful….
They r in Canada and I believe they can speak English but still they choose to speak loudly to their co workers in their language making us feel as if they r bitching about the clients….
Skin glued below the nails…when I asked her to clean she was it would go in a few washes…
