Had an appointment with Kim on the weekend for myself and my son. She did a fabulous job on our hair, was patient with my son and recommended products to prevent build up on our hair from well water and cheap products. One wash later and I can't believe the difference in my hair!
Thanks a million!

worst management I've ever worked for in my life. how she is still treating her employees like GARBAGE is beyond me! staff turnover is absolutely out of this world. maybe she could keep people if she wasn't abusive and just and overall THE MOST HORRIBLE HUMAN BEING you will ever meet. snobby, childish, greedy, hateful, slimy, will discuss people and thier lives. she is a gossip factory! don't waste your time applying to work there. she is rude and inconsiderate, and the day I left the Head Shoppe was the best day of my life.
Booked for an appointment at 1pm but I got to the mall much earlier than expected. They accommodated and took me early with no hesitation! Lovely staff, every single one of them. I am so happy with my cut and I will be returning :)
