Hands down the best company in Nova Scotia to repair cracks in your concrete foundation! I was absolutely amazed by the professional attitude, process, materials and results achieved when I called Permacrete to repair a basement crack. Their proprietory formula and innovative processes are top notch and the repair has been solid and dry ever since. Do you have a leaky crack in your basement wall? Don't give it another thought! I paid 21,000.00 to Halifax franchise and then got sued for 7500.00 on top of the 21k.Totally incompetent goofs operating openly here in Halifax.I have more leaks now than before they showed up.They will not return.Warrantee is worthless!Avoid go to another company

Although the initial estimate and work (based on their professional recommendation) went well, it did not fix the problem. I paid close to $3000 for work that did not fix the problem. After contacting Perma-dry, they responded that they would work on the problem. Someone came to look and then said they would be back. They never did. I contacted the local office again and no one responded. After contacting head office, a very nice lady said someone would come by the end of the week. This also did not happen with no contact from the company. I just want an answer. At this point, I have to encourage anyone looking for professional and timely service to not use Perma-dry.
