Adept installed a heat put in my shop and I was very pleased with the work they did. At 4 in the morning on Jan 29 our heat pump stopped working. I called Adept and they were out at 8 am. They found the problem, got the parts required and our heating back up and running by noon. They made sure the system was running correctly before they left. Very professional and great workmanship!

Lowry Pools installed a new pool liner for us this week. The service we received was second to none! The installers arrived when scheduled, worked extremely hard in a heat wave from 8 until 4, were polite and conscientious when cleaning up after they were done. Joann is amazing as well! She answers emails quickly and strives to provide timely customer service even at their busiest time of year! I can't say enough good things about Lowry Pools!

Leverman Roofing installed a new roof for us this past week. To say we were thrilled with their work is an understatement! ? Communication was top-notch, keeping us informed every step of the way. They covered the roof of our sunroom with plywood so as not to damage it. Each night before they left, they would clean up around the yard, and even anything that landed on our neighbours' property. As well as cleaning off our deck, driveway, and gutters. We would highly recommend Matt and his crew!! ??
I had a major plumbing issues this weekend and was unsure if I could fix it myself or had to call in a professional. I went to Porter’s Lake Home Hardware today and spoke with Noah at the Project/Customer service desk. Explained my issue, showed him what I was working with and he was nothing short of awesome, had loads patience with me and eased my anxiety. Noah retrieved the parts I needed, he listened as I talked through the fixing process, didn’t treat me “like a girl” and gave me the confidence I needed to go home and repair the leak myself.
Once I fixed everything (yay me!!), I called the store to make his boss aware of what an incredible asset Noah is to the store and how helpful he was when I was stressed. Bossman Kyle phoned me back and I relayed the amazing service I received…and Kyle was so nice.
I will definitely be making Porter’s Lake Home Hardware my go to store … because of Noah!
