Adept installed a heat put in my shop and I was very pleased with the work they did. At 4 in the morning on Jan 29 our heat pump stopped working. I called Adept and they were out at 8 am. They found the problem, got the parts required and our heating back up and running by noon. They made sure the system was running correctly before they left. Very professional and great workmanship! Highly recommend Adept!

Adept replaced my whole house air source heat pump two years ago and I had them back for a check up. Lee was extremely thorough in check both the outside unit, inside air handler and back up heat, and heat recovery system. He definitely went above and beyond to explain what he was doing during the service as well as simple things that I could do as a home owner to extend the life of my system.
