This is the Maritime version of Krogers more or less. A good basic grocery store. Not much on vegan foods, usually just tofu for proteins. They will also have a nondairy milk or two. If you want things like vegan ice cream or tempeh you'll have to find a specialty store.

Large clean store with lots of parking. NSLC is accessible from the store. I usually don't have to wait long at the check outs. Good selection of fresh meat and fish. Shelves are usually refreshed quickly. Pharmacy and OTC medications available.
