“I had phoned in an order of flowers for my grandmother's 99th birthday. I am in Ontario my grandmother lives down the street from this flower shop. When I was speaking with Zelda on the phone, the owner, she was so very kind and courteous!! She was very helpful as she made the flower arrangement and said " leave it to me I will arrange something beautiful". And she did!! I had not a clue in what I was going to pay for but when I heard from my grandmother, she was truly ecstatic she kept complimenting the arrangement and of course thanking me over and over!! So Zelda it's Sherry from Ontario I thank you from the bottom of my heart for arranging the beautiful flower arrangement you had done and sent October 7th 2023!!“
