The technician was on time, friendly, and knowledgeable. He checked my system, assured me it was operating fine, and advised me of a couple of things I could do to help my heat-pump run more efficiently.

We were very pleased with OnTrack HVAC’s accommodating the installation of a ductless mini-split on a tight time-frame. Any inquiries were promptly responded to by the owner, Brady with sales or Jack who was the technician who installed the unit. Jack worked late on Friday evening , under a work light I had, to ensure the installation was completed, to meet our time limitations while ensuring the work was done neatly. Based on our experience with this company for this installation we would recommend contacting them to discuss your project.
