“My sister and I went today. The two working were polite and friendly. Their English wasn't great which is why I think a lot of people find them rude. They were not to us. We spoke slower and asked them to repeat when we didn't understand. They were thorough and did a great job. The salon was clean and quiet. It was a nice relaxing experience.“

“Came to Susan after a bad experience at another salon, that damaged my nails and was an unhygienic environment. She took me in last minute and made time for me despite her busy schedule.It was the first time I experienced such care and expertise getting my nails done. “I’ve been going to this nail salon for a long time, and they have always provided very good service. I really like this place, but today’s experience was a bit different from usual.

Today, my nail technician (this was only the second time she worked on my nails), spent about an hour on my service. At the end, she told me to wait five minutes and then left. I assumed she would come back to check my nails and apply the top coat, but I waited and waited, and she never returned.

I ended up sitting there for about 25 minutes without knowing what was going on or whether my service had even been completed. Eventually, I had to ask another staff member for help. She applied the top coat and told me to wait five minutes, then left as well.

Before leaving, I asked her if “waiting five minutes” meant I could leave on my own afterward, and she said yes.

This left me quite confused. Does being told to “wait five minutes” mean the service is already complete, with no final check? Also, isn’t applying a top coat normally part of the final step of a nail service?

Overall, I still like this salon—the booking system is convenient, there are many color options, and the quality of the nail work is great. I was just a bit confused by the final procedure during this visit.“

She walked in stressed and tired, then came out looking like she had spent a week at a luxury resort. The smile on her face made my day, and honestly, seeing her so relaxed made me happy too.

Now she keeps talking about when she's going back, and I'm pretty sure Tony Nail has gained a lifelong customer. The staff were wonderful, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the experience was amazing from start to finish.
