They were very friendly. Took me as a walk in which was great. Th girl doing my nails was awesome. Enjoyed the experience until I went to pay. $86 and change for an acrylic fill and to fix a couple of nails. I’m from PEI and they don’t even charge that for a full set. I could see if I got my toes and nails done but nope. I’ll make sure to shop around next time. Too expensive for my taste.

When to this location for the first time with my bestie for manicures an pedicures and not even 24 hours later our nails started to chip………… we paid extra for shellac which is not supposed to chip that easily an we both take really good care of our selves… we’re both really annoyed at the quality of service we received…. They couldn’t even do what we wanted… the one lady said yes an the other cranky one said no…. Not only that but they cut my friends toe twice an didn’t apologize…also no receipt.. pretty sure they over charged us… tried to call to get a refund but apparently they don’t give refunds….. but we are very unhappy with our nails…...read full review

I’ve given this place too many chances over the past year and I have nothing good to say.Don’t bother with a body wax, super painful and lengthy, along with staff walking into the room. Gel nails lift within 3 days. Pedicures are basic, constantly tried to upsell. I had another salon do gel nails (with extensions) and I went to princess nails to remove it. They refused to soak them off, and only filed them off, which was a painful experience. I hope the new staff jump ship to another place because some of them have potential, but the owners are too stuck in their ways.
