I visited this nail salon for the first time, after moving to the area - living around the corner within walking distance The gentleman who worked on my nails was pleasant and meticulous, making sure I was pleased with the service all through the process. Prices were reasonable and aligned with other nail salons I had visited. It was not a busy salon, although I did arrive about an hour before closing. The atmosphere was professional, clean, and service was excellent. I had heard good things about this nail salon, and read the reviews and I was not disappointed. I will definitely return to this salon for future services.

Good Day, I am writing this review on behalf of my wife. I recently purchased a manicure session for my wife. This was a first time for her. She had her fingernails cleaned and had extensions put on. The extensions were very nicely done and my wife was impressed. The fingernail extensions were strong enough to last about 3 weeks. When my wifes fingernails started to outgrow the extensions, she thought it would best to have them removed from this same company. Unfortunately she did not have the same person or the same experience to remove the extensions. The girl did not professionally remove the extensions, and it seemed that she had never done that before. The girl took an old knife and tried to cut the extensions from my wife's real fingernails. She did not even allow my wife to have her fingernails soaked in a solution to loosen the bonding agent. After the extensions were finally removed, my wife's fingernails were all damaged and scratched. This made my wife very disappointed with the lack of service she received. Now my wife will never go back to this company. They turned a good service into a questionable service. Sorry about the comments !!! Please try to do better next time.

My sister and I went today. The two working were polite and friendly. Their English wasn't great which is why I think a lot of people find them rude. They were not to us. We spoke slower and asked them to repeat when we didn't understand. They were thorough and did a great job. The salon was clean and quiet. It was a nice relaxing experience.
