They had no issues booking an appointment and coming over to my tenants property and doing a drain clear. However they didn't properly fix the drain as it was still blocked. I paid a handyman after and he actually fixed the problem and we properly tested it after.. ended up paying this plumber and then had to pay out another company in halifax to do the job. They drove out an hour there and back unlike this company who was in the area... I would avoid entirely to be honest. Also was promised a report of all they did, only got a single image, but that's the least of my problems.

We were dealing with a major plumbing issue requiring a complete replacement of our hot water heating pipes. Feeling overwhelmed with the scope of the repairs, we contacted Barry and immediately knew we had found the right company for the job. I may have just been lucky, but I called and Barry was able to be at my home within an hour. He did expert work remarkably quick, and was courteous and reasonable with his pricing. After he left I threw out the contact information for the other two plumbers I called first (who didn't have time to fix my issue that day). It doesn't get better than this.
