“CASE are not the cheapest, but they are fast, efficient and most of all very well organized. If you want a turnkey deal, they are worth the money. Their scheduling was tight, they kept us informed and responded to any questions. Their workers were efficient, quiet and made a point of sweeping up after themselves every day. Working on a hundred-year-old house you are going to have surprises. Anything that was found was brought to our attention and a change order was written and signed. A couple of times items we had discussed did not make it to their plans, but they quickly admitted this and it was added without cost. In general, dealing with them was a pleasure and we will use them again for our kitchen.“

“We had I Love Renovations redo our main floor and we are very happy with the result. Throughout the process they were very good at communicating and managing our expectations. When unexpected things came up they were good at problem solving and communicating with us. They billed us exactly as they quoted, except when unexpected things were found (like our ceiling not being properly supported) and in those cases they presented the options and what those costs would be and then they billed us as we agreed upon. Overall, I can't say enough good things, there will always be some issues, annoyances, cost overruns and time overruns with a large project like this, but I Love Renovations made the process as smooth as it could and I would use them again.“
