My husband and I recently purchased a propane stove from Ultimate Home Comfort. Our salesperson Michael LaChance was wonderful. The staff at the store went above and beyond and the installation technicians were amazing! Everyone was professional, kind and made the entire process an absolute pleasure. We totally recommend this company.

My fireplace was just installed & I was blown away by the level of customer service we received. The two technicians were professional and courteous beyond any of my expectations. Their attitude made my day as you could tell they actually liked their job. Made my day. Any company could only dream of having this team on their side.

As a new customer, I cannot express enough how impressed I am by the outstanding level of service offered by Ultimate Home Comfort.
We were a Superior Propane customer for 4 years & on automatic delivery. In January 2026, we were completely out of propane (they missed our Dec 23/2025 scheduled delivery) and after three calls (two of them on hold for over an hour) and two email follow-ups, I was finally told by the Superior rep, that they could not tell me if/when we would get our next propane delivery because the “higher ups” were prioritizing commercial customers.
