I have used Tidy Hali for Airbnb turnover cleaning and they’ve always been punctual, thorough and professional. If I had one complaint (it really isn’t one) is that they’re so busy they’re not always available! Keep up the good work.
UPDATE: I’ve been a client of Tidy Hali Cleaners for about a year and have always been happy with their service. Recently, I had a concern about a missing item, and I was really impressed by how thoughtfully and professionally it was handled.
They took it seriously, communicated clearly, and approached everything with integrity and care. It ultimately turned out to be a misunderstanding, but the way they handled the situation honestly made me trust them even more.
It’s rare to find a company that responds so well when something unexpected comes up. I’d absolutely recommend them. They are absolute stars!!! I would give them a 10/5 if I could.

These people are amazing. After dealing with a large-scale cleaning company who had exceedingly poor communication habits, Tidy Hali was responsive right from the start. The cleaning is for my senior father, and Tidy Hali has been kind and understanding about the slightly unusual arrangements. Plus, they're local - a major plus for me.
