Donna and Joy went above and beyond for my family and I today so they definitely deserve this review. I went in and wanted the 12ft skeleton but unfortunately there was none there and none were getting ordered, we asked if we could buy the display and they let us. Donna made sure we had all the tools we needed and even let us assist (to an extent) that way we knew how to put it together. They were beyond kind throughout the time it took to get it apart and we definitely had a couple laughs along the way. Lots of knowledgeable, friendly staff to assist and answer questions. The store is clean and well laid out. Outstanding service! First time we've been there, and we'll definitely be back.

Had to go seek out help. 3 employees saw us come in but did not touch base after a few minutes. Then it seemed like they didn't want to help, just giving us instructions to where the correct size was.
