We bought a slightly used phone from Telze. Unfortunately there was an issue where SnapChat was blocked from this specific phone - previous owner must have been up to no good. Telze staff were very accommodating. This was a new issue for them, too! After running through a few options they provided a full refund. Very grateful and impressed with this top-notch customer service. Highly recommend!
