A complete waste of time and money. Paid 130 dollars upfront for a repair that they haven't done after nearly a year. I went back multiple times, but they did not fix it, neither they had deliver any updated information during the time and refused to give me a refund.
I strongly recommend to avoid Fixit Waves as their customer service is absolutely null and if you do not want to lose your time, phone, and money, please stay away from them!!

I just had the best help at Fixitwaves. My phone was a mess as a result of responding to instructions to download a bunch of apps that I didnt need. Fixitwaves fixed my phone in less than 5 minutes and they did it politely- not pointing to me as the problem. I will return here whenever I need help.
