Sarah created the most welcoming environment to be in for Pelvico's Group Fitness Level 1 Postpartum classes! No matter how you showed up that day for class, she was so inclusive and sweet. It was a pleasure to be in her company. The workouts were also perfect for rebuilding strength. Sarah took the time to really explain how to use equipment, helped with fussy babies, and made accommodations when needed. I genuinely looked forward to my classes each week SO much! Can't wait for Level 2.
I highly recommend Pelvico for pre- and postpartum physio therapy. Labour and delivery were so much more empowering thanks to Cat Wood, who helped me return to impact sport in just a few months. I also loved their online and in-person classes - fantastic community vibes and so much fun!
Pelivo has changed my relationship with fitness. Being able to bring your baby is such a game changer, and exactly what I needed to be able to incorporate excersize back into my life. The postpartum level 1 program was the perfect introduction back into movement, and has made me feel noticeably stronger. Most importantly, Sarah offered such a positive and welcoming environment for all the moms and babies.This program has given me the confidence to continue in my fitness journey. Can't wait for level 2❤️
