Very friendly and helpful staff.
The eye exam was extremely thorough. The most in depth and beneficial exam I’ve had done. It was actually very fascinating. Dr. Jeff Clarke is amazing. He explained everything clearly and delved into eye health. I’ve never experienced that at other eye clinics.
When I left the exam there was no high pressure sales to buy glasses but I will go back and purchase my glasses there when I get a chance.
All the staff I encountered there were professional, knowledgeable but I think the star of the show is Dr. Taweel. Amazing customer service skills and very comfortable to be with. The one thing that could be improved is the range of frames that they have. Not bad but could be better.
Ashley and Keizer are very helpful and very accomodating. So happy with my accurate eye examinations and helpful tips to keep my eye healthier. They have extended beyond customer service and will definitely go to this place moving forward. Highly recommended !
