I needed a set of wipers so I called to make the purchase request. I arrived at this location and without hesitation a customer service agent offered to show me how to put them on. He not only guided me through the process, I was able to get them on myself. I am not auto savvy but his kindness and patience gave me confidence. It is those little moments in your life that matter most. Excellent customer service from the team at the desk. I love the human spirit that comes with your company.
Well for a big chain they sure make you feel like a you came to the local community supplier. I am extremely busy with running a business and farm whilst dealing with Caleb at customer service was such a welcome sales agent assistance in savings and service to the highest level.
Incredible customer service, felt welcome and they answered all my questions with a smile. Will be returning, Although some of the prices are a bit high they make up for it with the convenience.
