My daughter had a birthday party here and they have the most lovely staff! They were all so energetic and great with kids. The kids and even the parents all really enjoyed it. The kids are still talking about it!

We have always had great experiences at Lush, and today at the mall was no exception. My wife and I had great assistance from Brooklyn (sorry if we spelled it wrong), and came home with some stellar products. A fan favourite for us is the “honey” shampoo bar, and also the massage bars that double as moisturizer.

Went on for the first time in a few years, and the young man that helped me was so friendly and so incredibly sweet. He helped me pick out a mask, gave me some room to browse on my own then double checked I found everything and was doing okay. He had great recommendations, and when I was checking out was so generous with samples of things he thought I may like where I haven’t purchased in a while. It was a quick visit but was a great experience and I’m glad there’s still people like him who care about customer service and making even a quick trip I’m pleasant. I can’t give enough stars.
