I have been a L'Occitane consumer for many years, mostly I purchase it off of the shopping channel. A few months ago I went into the Halifax store location, I received excellent customer service, the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and very well trained in thier products. This week I ordered from the store through text, a service they offer, and everything arrived beautifully packaged and they even included a thoughtful hand written thank you note!!! I’ve just been interested in L’occitane recently. I purchased some products in the store a few days ago. All of they smell very good. I’m so in love with the hand cream, foot cream, and the milk concentrate. They’re super hydrating! I can’t stop sniffing my hands after applying the Amande Mains A Croquer hand cream (the green tube). It smells like heaven. Hopefully I can try more products from L’occitane.
