CrossFit gym with the most welcoming and knowledgeable staff. There's classes for strength, endurance, CrossFit and weightlifting. I've seen all ranges of people from beginners to advanced athletes training for the olympics. From teenagers to retired people. Many a people training here are also actively serving and first responders. There are showers for after workouts as well. The community has a lot of activities through the year that keeps you engaged.
Top of the line equipment, including Rogue plates, CrossFit rigs and squat racks. No real cable machines, but enough bands, dumbbells, kettlebells, and landmines to get a good pump even if you're not training for CrossFit. Bathroom was clean too.
Out of many drop ins all around the world this box is solid top-3. Their Crossfit class is well guided with a solid warming up and focus on safe and technically correct movements. The vibr in the box is very open and friendly, the equipment is well organised and plentiful and the place is clean. Signing up is easy and the staff was very helpful. Definitely recommend and will return when able.
