Absolutely amazing spot! My instructor for Kickboxing was super personable, motivating and she made me WORK, sweat and enjoy myself! I went with a friend whose also an instructor there and we got a wicked good start to our Saturday! I highly recommend this spot if you don't like huge gyms and if you like guided, intimate classes! Kicking and punching those bags were super fun and definitely not for weak lol ?

Been taking PT classes with Sonny Wilson at IronMatrix , I was struggling with tingling in my arm and issues with my neck and shoulders. I was struggling with kickboxing due to bad pain and I had to put down my past time of painting because of tingling and pain. Kickboxing now only comes with good pain and I am painting today for my first time in a long time and no tingling.Thank you Sonny for the PT classes.I look forward to PT classes and Fitness classes offered at IronMatrix.

Very comfortable place to learn some self defense / get in shape at your own pace. The instructor gave me lots of personal 1on1 time explaining how to do kickboxing techniques so you do not injure yourself and start off learning the correct way. There is no pressure as a new student except the pressure you put on yourself. I did 1 hour kickboxing training than 1 hour circuit training right afterwards. Pushed myself pretty hard but that was my goal. Lots of heavy bags and weights to use. Everyone there was friendly to me as an obvious Transwoman. Will continue training.
