Visiting Halifax... needed hinges on my glasses repaired. Insight team was welcoming, efficient, and very friendly. Glasses fixed in 3 minutes and there was no charge. I wish I didn't live 500 miles away so I could get my glasses here!
This is one if not the only optometrist in the city that can help my visually impaired mom. Melanie is phenomenal and patient when dispensing glasses ansdhelping my mom choose frames that fit her very high prescription and Dr Bonag was so wonderful doing the exam. I cannot say enough good things about this site. Inclusiveness 10/10 kindness and compassion 15/10 cool frame options 15/10!
I was visiting from Philadelphia and tripped on the sidewalk and broke my glasses. I was sure that I was doomed but a nice person brought me to this optometrist office and a wonderful angel named Amber fixed my glasses saving my whole trip. I asked how much I owed her and she said just have a good time while you’re here. She was more than wonderful. My trip would’ve been ruined if I didn’t have my glasses because I can’t see a thing without them. if I lived in Halifax, this would be the optometrist I would go to everyone there was wonderful!
