We're very lucky to have the happy hounds team for daycare, boarding and grooming services. They make it a point to get to know the dogs' personalities, preferences, triggers, etc, and meet the dogs where they're at. Kitara's grooming has been so beneficial for my anxious pup. I can't say enough good things, and only wish some of the other larger daycares in town would take notes.

My 2 boys (Mbazi and Kovu) have been going there since last summer, including overnights when i’m on call, & they have been soo good to them! It has essentially become thwir second home. They love going, it’s one of their favorite activities! Kitara also did grooming for Mbazi, who is a 90 lb puppy that was very anxious about bathing, & it went great! Can’t recommend these guys enough

Kitara at Happy Hounds is the best groomer I have ever had! She takes her time, and I can tell is sweet and gentle with my 8 year old Morkie who gets very nervous with grooming. Her prices are also very fair/lower than many of the other dog grooming places in the city. Even so, my pup always comes out looking amazing! I sincerely appreciate Kitara and the team at Happy Hounds! grateful for the dog park recommendation from another pet parent. We will continue to go back and I would also feel comfortable with their doggy daycare service if I ever need it. Thanks so much for all you do, my hound is happy!
