One of my favourite gyms to go to, amazing people and the staff here are absolutely incredible. I highly recommend this gym to anyone in the HRM area.
Also if you happen to be at this gym make sure you say hi to Carley and tell her to eat her protein ?
I have had an excellent experience at this GoodLife so far!!
I bought the PT starter which was a little nerve-wracking, but that all went away when I met my PR Abukar!!!!
He has been incredible, very polite, patient, funny and has worked around my busy schedule. I look forward to my next session with him and would recommend anyone to book him in for a PT!
The gym itself always has parking, is clean and has a lot of equipment!

Gym is nice. Can be busy at times but when there’s not a lot of people, it’s ??
ALSO — All of the Personal Trainers are incredibly warm and nice. ? When I joined, I was very anxious to go to a big gym. I used to go to a powerlifting gym where there’s not a lot of people and machines lol. But my trainer Lyle is very patient and trained me into becoming a powerlifting champion ? All of the PTs are also always nice and friendly. ? They’d always say hi, cheer me on when I’m lifting heavy, and are always ready to help. So yea, the PTs are my fave part of this club. ?
