The gym features a convenient 24-hour location, making it accessible at any time. Members appreciate the positive atmosphere and the welcoming environment created by the staff, including Brittany at the front desk, who greets everyone with a smile and handles busy times professionally. The club has one of the best floor layouts and is located in a prime area, with a popular sauna and clean lockers and changing rooms. Although the gym can get crowded during peak hours, the community culture is welcoming and judgement-free. Some members find the afternoon classes between 5:30 and 6:30 PM challenging due to work and traffic, and a little more flexibility in class times would help. Overall, it is considered one of the best GoodLife clubs, with dedicated staff and management that demonstrate care and professionalism, setting a high standard for others.
Great staff. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences from the staff at the Bedford GoodLife. Adam is the manager there and I got to take my hat off to him for how he manages his staff.
He’s a hands on guy, and leads by example. He’s seems to have a great rapport with his staff, and of course the proof is in the pudding.

Usually have a very pleasant experience here but the past few weeks have been completely awful without the AC working. It’s barely tolerable downstairs and an absolute sauna upstairs. I have talked to other members and they all told me they have been getting dehydrated and dizzy with the unreasonably high indoor temperature and humidity. It was so ridiculously hot and humid inside today that it drove me to leave this review.

Adam was excellent in introducing us to the gym and was very knowledgeable about the fitness industry Canada-wide; including what distinguished GoodLife from its competitors and what GoodLife has to offer. Overall fantastic experience learning more about the gym and GoodLife.
