My wife and I have been buying from Pilcher's for a long time for various occasions and this past Saturday I went in to buy her a bouquet for her 70th birthday. At the party on Sunday it was very apparent how bad I got ripped off because my sister in law bought a bouquet at Costco and it looked like I bought mine at a Dollar Store. Never again!
