I went in because the rubber tip at the end of my glasses arm was missing. The staff member didn’t have the exact part, so she kindly took one from a sample pair in the store and fixed my glasses on the spot — and didn’t charge me anything.

I really appreciated her kindness and willingness to help. It meant a lot.“
