Terrible work and customer service, avoid this place! Took my phone 11 to the Oxford location to get it fixed. When I got it back, my phone would not update. It immediately told me the function of my phone would not work because It was missing ‘genuine apple products’. I was told to go back to the store and pay full price of apple products in order to fix it. Instead I took that phone to apple to see if they could fix the mess that this guy made. When I got my phone back from apple they told me a certain part of my phone looked like it had been tampered with and it would be cheaper if I got a new phone than trying to fix this one. When I went back to the Oxford location to see if they were willing to help, he said we would not work with me, even though he had messaged me on Facebook and told me in person to come back if I wanted the ‘genuine apple products.’ Anyways long story short DO NOT take your phone here, only convenience is it’s same day, but the phone does not come back fixed. The Oxford location will waste your time, take your money and when you ask them to be honest they will blame it on you. I should have just taken my phone straight to apple or geebo device and got it fixed in one shot. Instead I wasted $150 here, never got my phone properly fixed, he is refusing to help and now I have to buy a new phone.
