In 2020 and now 2026 we entrusted Daniel’s Tailors with our daughters’ prom dresses. Both were complicated pinning and tucking with netting and pearls and Richard did a fabulous job each time, working hard to ensure ready in time. Thank you!
Mr. Daniels is one of the nicest people I’ve met in Halifax! Moreover, he helped me out despite it being a busy period for him. 10/10 experience, my suit fits perfectly now. Will definitely be back next time I’m around. BONUS: I heard him service another customer in French before helping me!
Owner never says yes to a request that isn’t feasible for the sake of taking your money. He’ll explain your options as he clearly doesn’t want to misrepresent what is possible or not in the world of tailoring. Have done many services here (hems, presses, taking in pants, blazers and shirts, dry cleaning). You can even go and get advice on an outfit, I came in with a vintage suit to alter in the hopes of still maintaining an oversized style and he provided helpful suggestion on alterations and tips for accessories.
