I’ve never had such a good experience with a business before! We came in the week of a wedding with a stain on THE dress. The gentleman working there calmed down everyone, took the challenge on and delivered excellent results so quickly. HIGHLY recommend.
I was in Halifax for my daughter’s university graduation and went to Park Lane to buy safety pins to pin her hood to the gown. Sadly, they were not good enough quality so I went to Daniels Tailors to ask if I could get some safety pins, and Richard graciously not only provided safety pins but offered to pin my daughter’s hood on her gown for us. Yes please! My daughter had the best looking graduation gown and hood of anyone at the ceremony. Thanks to Richard’s kindness and professionalism, a situation that was starting to get stressful turned out to be a memorable experience. Thank you so much, Richard!
Went in Wednesday because I needed my blazer pressed for Friday. They said come back on Thursday and we’ll have it ready. If you are looking for a professional tailor with impeccable customer service, this is the place to go.
