I loved how I was treated there. Dr Robinson made me feel safe during my pregnancy and in my delivery. My experience in my first pregnancy was kind of traumatic and she changed in my second one. She was awesome and kind! Thanks a lot Dr Katherine Ann Robinson.

Medical care is great. 4 stars instead of 5 because scheduling an appointment is a nightmare: Listening to 19 fuzzy seconds of that one piano song, then an 8 second message "Thank you for calling Dalhousie Family Medicine. Your call is important to us. Please stay on the line and your call will be answered in sequence." This 27-second experience repeating, over and over, for 30 to 40 minutes, no matter what time of day you call. And you can't mute it or anything, because of course you need to answer when they pick up!I am begging you to change the hold music/recording. 19 seconds is some kind of perfect storm of JUST long enough to get used to the music so the message...read full review

I would be Lost without my Dr here...Dr Horrey and her team are so kind and so caring and understanding...I know I am well looked after here and I trust her..Her and her team are so thorough. She goes above and beyond for me and like I said, I don't know what I would do without her and all the medical team here and I also praise the secretary's who work so hard to keep the patients happy as well..I am so grateful for the care that I get.. They don't mess around.. They don't leave answers unanswered..If there's something wrong?.They get to the bottom of it and you don't have to wait for long.They saved me and my life and continue to do so..
