I had my car repaired at Chapmans on Agricola Street a few months ago and I cannot say how pleased I was with their service and the quality of their work. They answered all my questions and the continuous communication of emails sure put my mind at ease. I would not go anywhere else if I ever need repair work done again and the fact that my car was given to me cleaned inside and out was the icing on the cake.
Never expected to be writing a review about great service after waiting over three months to have my car repaired, but here we are. The delay was primarily due to parts availability and the dealer, but the service I received from Jennifer Scully helped ease my frustrations.
Firstly, their email service is extremely helpful. I always knew the status of my vehicle, and the notes Jennifer added often included additional detail to keep me informed. This saved me from having to keep track and make calls, as the updates came regularly and often.

Got t boned and thankfully car was not a write off. It was fixed very well and looks like it did before accident. A couple things though, my passenger door now leaks water when it's raining, and they forgot to put the cover back on the back seat belt when they removed it.. other then that it looks awesome.
