I called Beeler’s to enquire about having a locked tool chest (tubular lock) opened. Five stars for answering the phone and providing me with assistance. I drove to the business and met with a young guy (the same day)who had the lock opened in about two minutes. He cut two keys for me at a very reasonable price. He was very helpful and very professional. Prior to this I had ordered a key through a business that provides a replacement key service. By the time the key arrived, I had paid about $45.00 and the key did not work - Beeler’s charged me less. I called five different “highly rated” locksmiths in the HRM, and Beeler was the only company that actually answered the phone. They scheduled a prompt repair for my broken exterior deadbolt and completed the work quickly and professionally.
