Not very often these days do I find myself walking into a business and leaving impressed. This was one of those times. I brought in my own blank, and the guy who served me admitted it may not work. He explained to me the process, why it may not work, and the efforts he was making to try and do so. The key ended up working in the end. Overall a great place, I'll definitely be back.
Excellent and conscientious locksmith. We had a fancy old door handle & lock. Mr. Beeler said we were unlikely to find a replacement so he looked at the existing parts. Twice he disappeared back to his business to search for something that would fit. He took a lot of time to solve my problem, was pleasant throughout, and fixed the problem. In the end, I've got a door lock working better than it did when we bought the place. Couldn't be happier.
Broke a very obscure screw for a door handle. Home Depot recommended this place and glad they did. Both father and son were friendly as could be and although it took some digging through old stock, they found exactly what I needed (somehow). Will be recommending this place going forward.
